1 month old

The babies were 1 month old yesterday. I tried all day to get a picture of both of them awake, but it never happened. I did manage to get these while they were asleep. Grant is on the left and Cade is on the right. Grant looks alot smaller than Cade, but he really isn't.

They got to wear "big boy" clothes for the first time yesterday. I am so tired of preemie clothes. They are all boring and pastel. It is time for the bright newborn clothes.

On the breastfeeding front, we have been back to just breastmilk for the last few days. Cade is actually breastfeeding, while Grant refuses the breast. At each feeding, I bottle feed Grant, and then latch Cade on one side, and pump on the other. After Cade finishes, I pump on the side that he was on, just to get the last little bit. It seems to be working well. I am so happy to have my supply increasing, but my nip.ples are killing me. I'll take advice from anyone on what I can do to help with the nip.ple soreness.
